Nope, but there are better and cheaper 9 / 10 Iconers such as:
Pike Pike: 4.5 Water 4.5 Light
Scuzzys Comb: 5 Phy 5 Light

Dark Battle Duck price is a bit steep. Get Spectral Forest Bow if you dun mind the fractional icons or else just stay with Forbix Blaster for constant 8 icons (actual 7.73 icons)

As a general rule, getting DUAL ANYTHING is a bad idea, as it invites both full blockers and reflectors to be used against you. It's better to have a more diversified attack capability. If I KNOW you can only attack with dark and water, guess what I'm gonna defend against ;-D

Well, by far the best 8-iconer out there is Jhudora's Wand... but if that price is a little steep, I like the Idea of a DMB.

Don't even bother with 8-iconers... 9 is the new lower-level standard. Stone Club, Ice Club, Pike Pike, Essence of Esophagor, Psellias Fighting Fan, Golden Compass... and of course there are still the 10-iconers (which have dropped in price), Scuzzys Comb and Ramtors Spellbook. There's also Tyrannian Lupe Tooth, which does a little over 8 icons, and Earth Faerie Slingshot and Earth Faerie Bow, which can do up to 9. See, lots to choose from!

Wow, nobody's answered the question asked.
In the current market, the best value in 8 icon constant weapons are:
Electro Sword
and
Gold Handled Katana (note that this is just like the Tyrannian Lupe Tooth with 0.66 fewer icons)
But in the general case, I'm going to agree with Cranberry's list, but point out that Staff of Righteous Fury can frequently be found cheaper than Scuzzys Comb despite being roughly equivalent.
As to the other replies:
Jhudoras Wand Teh Awesome. But I doubt that's what's being asked about.
Fighting Folder's multihealing is very very good at lower stats. It can do a full 8, but it seems to also have a minimum below 6 and the average is only about 6.5. So above about 55 boost, it's probably not worth using.
Focused attacks (such as dual weapons) are better for overruning icon based shields, than diversified attacks are. And at least among opponents I fight Leaf Shield Ghostkershield[idb] and [idb]Faerie Tabard are far more common than reflectors among opponents I fight. Just be sure and have a backup plan if an opponent does have a full blocker or reflector to shut you down.
