I got that from the wheel of knowledge I once even got a bronze brightvale job coupon!!
It has been proven not to work, and that goes for all the coltzan shrine times. Lots of people (me included) get dubloons when the time is nowhere near 55, like about 20-30... I believe it's random or something
But whether following the time increases the chances a little, I'm not sure
It is possibly affected by lag. Even if you click the button at 55, the signal miht not reach their server until 56, in which case the dubloon is not awarded.
I cant explain getting it at 30 though. :\ maybe there's more than one time.
u do get it at 55 sec past the minute. i've checked it out. happened quite a few times for me. its just that because of lag its very difficult to get it at exactly 55 sec. it can b 56 or 57 seconds and the dubloon is not awarded. they give a two dubloon coin
No, they give dubloons in all avaliable denominations. I've gotten a twenty once.
And also, the times are either extremely unreliable (yes, perhaps partially affected by lag) or false. I've gotten dubloons with little lag while clicking on a time far from :55.
its probably you definately get it at exactly 55, and theres a chance of getting it at other times, but not 100%
just try clickin at :54
Ironically enough, right after reading this thread, I went to Coltzan's Shrine and got a Two Dubloon Coin...at 15 seconds past the minute

It may not be guaranteed, but I can vouch that it does seem to work more often at :55
I've gotten several 2's, a 5, and a 10 from it.
Not always accurate, because I'll click the button at :55, and then the server connects at like :57 or something. So yeah.
