I heard that tnt enforced some rules about screenies and some people has been taking their screenies down. What is this rule exactally i've been hearing?

Is it againist the rules to put up screenies on neopets now?

I've been wondernig that too since I've got about 40 screenies I'm waiting to upload, and I was just about to do it when I heard rumours about this...
