Find something you're good at and work at it. Restocking, trading, auction snipes, wiz snipes, stocks, games, world challanges, etc.

Well Games I'm good at but there's no way I'll ever catch up to H4K helmet if I do games.
And I try auction snipes with faeries, but there are always some guys who ruin it by posting 3k.
I can try wiz sniping though I haven't tried in a while, since I snagged a leaf shield for 200gp and sold for 7k

Faeries are a very poor choice for auction sniping.With the new updates to the auctions, sniping isn't so easy anymore. If you're looking at items that cheap I'd suggest looking through auctions that are about to end and bid on profitable ones.
one thing that will help is restocking if possible if not try wiz/auction sniping lab maps and stuff.
One big thing if you really want h4k take a break from Runescape
Restocking is one of the few ways to make a lot of NPs fast, although to do so, you need to be really fast & good at getting super rare items. Trading can be good as well, but that takes time to figure out market prices and such, as well as finding items you can buy for less and resell for more.
Restocking requires one main thing: a good internet connection
You don't even have to be fast, you can easily make money from restocking mediocre items and selling them for more.
If you don't have a good internet connection, start playing games. As a beginner, I slowly made around 200k from playing games/random events. From there, I bought stocks and made a couple million.
correction: a good internet connection and a good computer. i have the first, the second, well lets just say my computer is a "classic"
tranqqoph is right. stocks you can do 3 mil in your first year without too much effort or too much initial startup capital, and then from there, once you have some real capital, if you dont touch it you can do 5-6 mil each subsequent year. i plan on netting about 9 mil this year myself, but i also have quite a setup going already.
there are other games, that reward those with older accounts, and the payoffs can be absolutely fantastic if you know how to play those games.
Or you could try Restocking in Shops that neither require good connection or fast computers.
All you need is: Patience.
Some examples are:
Shop 54, Desert Weapons: I've got 5 Bags of Sand and 1 Scarab Medallion from there so far. And guess what's the average time I took to haggle on each of them? More than 12 seconds.
Shop 74, Darigan Toys: Probably the slowest shop in Neopia. One can easily get a Darigan Ona Plushie after being 40 seconds late for Rs.
Shop 20, Tropical Foods: Well, this shop is slightly faster. But all the items there are dull looking and don't really look profitable, so many people tend to not notice Ubs that stocked. So the Ubs end up staying there for up to 15 seconds. That's when you stroll in and grab them.
And no, I wasn't exaggerating about how slow these shops are. These are purely facts that happened to me within the recent 2 months...during weekdays. Rsing during weekends is a totally different matter.
Heh...don't make the mistake of saying there's no one in Darigan Toys. After getting two UB's there 30 seconds after they had stocked, I mentioned on an RS-and-chat board that no one rsed there...only to have someone reply "Hey, I rs there!".
A shop I would recommend if you don't want to figure out what's good or bad is Space Weapons (shop 23). Just go straight for the Neocola Tokens, if you see any. They usually stock en masse, so if you head straight there, you can easily pick up one, if not two or three.
Or, if you absolutely abhor restocking, but have endless patience, try Cheat? Get to the last level and keep the game alive as long as possible, catching cheaters. I'm not sure how long it'll take to actually make np (ages, I'm sure), but at least there isn't a '3 times per day' limit.
Personally, I make about 1-3mil a month. Every day I play 20k of games incase wiz sniping/stock market does nothing, then I wiz-snipe every hour until I'm banned. On weekdays, normally about 10k-40k from sniping, weekends, more like 150k a day. Then when the Stock Market has a good payout... *kicks EEEEE which I have 180k invested in*
