Sometimes, I don't know why, but the shockwave games don't work properly in my firefox browser, and I can't tell if there is a cookie grabber or something like that.

didn't neopets make it so you need to verify from your old email before you change to a new one?
I can't tell that, it seems the plundered got my mail pass, but I have no idea of how he did that.

Actually you need to verify that the e-mail you are changing it too is active (I think o.0).
And sorry to hear... Send in some auto-forms and mail bryan@neopets.com if those aren't working...

I'd wait around a week for the reply. They're usually pretty good in regards to hacked accounts.

However, judging from past experience, the most you'll get back probably would be your pet at the most. TNT doesn't usually hand back items, with an exception of 4/4.
However, chances are that you will get your account back, despite the amount of stuff you have in it.
The thing that matters really are my pets and the labs.
The weaps are not big deal, I play NeoQuest 2, and I managed 100k in a week.
I don't know if the plunderer took away my neodaq stocks. In case he didn't, it will help a bit.
