Ok so I had finals and they ended Decemeber 16. Then the next day my family left on vacation. So yeah it was fun but the second day my laptops screen just stopped working when I had just brought it just to get a bit of work done or whiel we weren't busy. So when we got home on the 27th I went and turned it in to get repaired simply because it was still under its 3 year warranty. Whenever I turned it in it was supposed to be back in a week like the warranty guranteed. So I went the day after it was supposed to be back already and yet they had just finally gotten to work repairing it and was supposed to be back in 2-3 business days later. Then I had gone the next Monday when it was supposed to beack on and it was being shipped back and was supposed to be there Wednesday. I went back Wednesday and then it was supposed to be Thursday morning. So yeah I finally went back Thursday morning and guess what: They couldn't locate it so finally Thursday night it was finally there and then whenever they finally located it they didn't have the battery I had sent in because they replace the batteries for 3 years whenever they're dead. So yeah half an hour later they finally located it. So what was supposed to take a week at most took 2 1/2 weeks and just barely got back in time before I had to travel back to school because the semester starts on Tuesday.
So yeah I hate Best Buy currently >_>
