How come when i use restore in the 2 player battledome it always heals less than 33%?

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking with the question, but keep in mind that it's supposed to heal 33% of the LOST hit points - not 33% of the total hit points your pet has. Example, if you're at 200-800, it should heal 200 on strong (less on medium or weak power), and not 266 hps.
