Which one should i get?
Guild Wars if you have a computer and internet connection that can handle it. Internet connection isn't so bad, I've heard some dialup users claim they play with little to no lag while not in outposts, which you only spend a fraction of your time at.
Here are some screenshots I have taken.
I have many more than this that are probably good, but my recent ones I have yet to go through and pick out the cool ones. There are 16 screenshots in a jpg (bit lower quality than you'll see in game) to reduce size, which totals at 913kb - almost a mb.

Choose guild wars...Warcraft is older I think and not as good.
and you can get crack versions of Warcraft easier I think

Well, warcraft may be older but it's still a lot of fun while being nicer on the computer. Thing is just that (at least in my opinion) Guild Wars is constantly dynamic - always changing, adding things, fixing things, etc.
Not to mention I find it a more fun over Warcraft. I have both but GW is the one I play more than any other game.

I used to play GW. Get me back into it, please. I just couldn't be bothered to try and kill those weird shadow things in Kryta when I was like level 13. Persuade me.
I say Gw.A friend let me play it pretty smooth plus in my uponion better...
