I remember seeing some people complaining about this around the boards. For anyone who was refreshing like crazy trying to get this guy, with no luck... I brought it to the attention of a programmer, and it's been fixed. You have to refresh on chapter six ONLY (
click here), and it may take a little while, but he is obtainable. My friend and I both got him within five minutes today.

I tried for about 5 minutes on the german version of the site, and the second I changed it to english I got him. Thanks. ^_^

I had a feeling it had to do with a certain chapter, but when I refreshed on chapter 6 before, around 20 times, I didn't get it. Got him on the 4th refresh this time. o_O
