okay, my little cousins are finally getting a PS2 for Christmas, and I want to buy them a game.. Unfortunatly, consoles arn't really my expertise..
They're like REALLY addicted to Star Wars, so I'm thinking about getting them some kind of Star Wars game..
Their age is like.. 9 and 11, and they didn't grow up playing Video Games, so their hand-eye aint that good
The only Star Wars game I can think of is Star Wars Battlefront 2.. Dunno if thats too hard for them though..

Get the star wars lego game. If they are only nine or eleven, its loads of fun and a good deal milder than battlefront 2 or something like that =). Would make their parents happy, and they would be just spiffy with it.
BF2 is easy, but maybe not for them... the Lego one is actually a decent game and kid-friendly.
ew.. Star Wars Lego.. I think I played it at Gamestop once.. was very boing -.-

Hm.. PS2 is not known for its Star Wars games =P A GCN for Rogue Squadron or XBOX for the KOTOR games would have been better.. However, for their age and playing skill, I think Lego Star Wars would be a good choice.
EDIT: I just read the IGN Review and I'd say Lego Star Wars is a perfect fit. Kid-Friendly, Fun, and 2 player co-op so they can play together.

Also.. wasn't there an.. Star Wars Ep. 3 game before? Is that anygood? It seems like a simple hack and slash game..

No, Rogue Squadron games were exclusive to Nintendo platforms. Star Wars Episode III game seems to suck. Lego Star Wars and Star Wars Battlefront II are your best bets. Or get 'em Kingdom Hearts.
