Ok, here's what I am trying to do...I have made a petpage about Defenders of Neopia. I have got all the information I could get (location, difficulty, weapons, etc.) Now to make this page successful, I need to add some descroption about each challenger but I haven't fought every challenger yet. I'm only on mission 7. So, I need someone to post description about challengers and the battle you know well. I am trying to get all the info about every challengers(mission 17). I am also trying this on Battledome boards but it is not going well. So, I thought some of you might have completed whole mission or higher than me. If you have, you can post here providing me with the info about the battle and challengers in brief. I would be glad to put your names in the page. Also I have already completed my layout and only thing that is left is the info. It would be great to get help from you. You can post one at a time or more than one. I'd keep posting about how much work is done and how much work is left. I'm hoping to get info from you guyz.
I've just finished browsing through your Don petpage, but it was rather disappointing. The information provided is way too vague compared to Idb's. For instance, you've provided the names of their weapons. But what's the use? There is only a handful of Bders who knows the stats of 1p Challengers' weapons such as Block Of Ice does without actually referring to Idb.
If you wish to make the page a successful one, the only way would be to provide stradegies that actually work.
(Even if you do so, I can't guarantee your success. Many others have already created Don Petpages before you did, so you'll have to make yours really outstanding.)
Don't be mistakened however, I'm not critising your work. I'm simply trying to help you improve on it.
IDB also has tons of people working, and its a well known site... it had to start off somewhere
I personally think its a wonderful start, and I'm sure there are many people who will help you, but sadly, I like the time and battle pets to help
Wouldnt it be better if you added the recommended defencive weapons that would help beat those people.
Well you could help by telling ppl the WEAKNESSES and type of opponent each challengers are...for e.g
Garoo is a plain all out offensive opponent.....his WEAKNESS is the fact that he does way too much of a single icon type, earth. Reflect his earth damage to beat him if your too weak to beath im normally.
For tekkitu's case, he is mainly a darkness attacker, reflect those dark icons.........
For ghostkerchief, use a blow dryer to reflect his ghostkersword.....and there are other weaknesses too....
For e.g...............Mootix Warrior's weakness is that you can STEAL his ice dice.......so even a 50hp pet could beat it if you survive his first attack.
Snowbeast has LOADS or worthless 2 icon weapons like rainbow gun...tho hes still really hard....
Slappy, most people (such as myself) beat Mootix Warrior with reflectors. And Snowbeast has a bunch of junk weapons so you can't steal from him.
I'm asking for such kinds of description because until I beat an opponent multiple times I can't say how to work out a battle against the challenger. So, I need help from someone who had fought an opponent multiple times and learn the tricks just like slappy and graphite provided.
About the stats of weapons, I'll link them to my other pet's page. I'm also working on it and will put weapon's info on the second's pet page after i complete it. Until then send in infos...
I could help you with that I fought the pant devil multipul tmimes the ghost lupe multipule times the cave chia and meuka multiple times.
I guess that you should put the item you can steal AND if it's useful do it.
Other than that a nice start can be to see the idb 1p challengers to have an idea of how make a new and better thing.
well this thread has been inactive for a long time. so i decided to post on daily even if only a person writes something..so far i only got 3 descriptions--pant devil, meerca henchmen, mootix warrior..

well the problem with help in battling DoN people is that each pet should approach a challenger in a different way...here's my general strategy for battling challengers...usually best for lab pets but others work too:
55 boost assumption
Best main+HP/2nd main+fiery gaze (12 icons=25+dmg)
restart if no freeze
Water muffin+freezer+fierce (15+fierce=42dmg)
Water muf times 2+fierce (30 fierce=84 dmg)
so this should work up to and including tekkitu...use the IDB dmg calc to get your own values for different weapons. If you do not have a freezer use a scroll of freezing. or get a freezer
