if it was JMS i would go i have alot of lag on MSEA it takes 1 second to pick up item and 1 sec for monster to die from my attack
revival, i have an EXCELLENT solution to your problem. I guarantee you it will work.
Step 1: Sell off your house
Step 2: Migrate to either Singapore, Malaysia or Thailand
Step 3: Plug in your computer and play!
99.9% effective!

We all lag revival, however, its just a case of ignoring it...
I don't see as much lag as everyone says there is...If anything, Global is sometimes more laggy than Sea...

Better than overloaded scania when it lags a for a few seconds for me during peak hours.
