I finished watching Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi last night.

There are so many geek pop-culture references and parodies, including RPG's, fighting games, Star Trek, Star Wars, mecha anime, film noir, anime in general, DragonBallZ (including making fun of DBZ's tendency to make fights last a reallly long time), and a slew of popular American movies and tv shows.

Unfortunately, about halfway through, it mostly stops the hilarity and turns a lot more serious. If it had stuck with what it was good at, it would quite possibly be the best anime ever. However, it's still overall the funniest anime I've ever seen and is definitely worth watching, especially if you know of any of the things in the list above. (13 episodes)
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Great show. A light stew of fine animation ladden with philosophical issues and chunks of comedy.

Quite the show.
I gonna go with Spaz's one - he was right about everything else Wink
Gunparade March: High school romance with the two in love but not knowing the other feels the same way, thinly veiled by a war. Entirely predictable. Has a few funny moments, which is the only thing saving it from being a failure.

I took the time to make an ordered list of ratings for all anime I've watched from 0.0-10.0. Feel free to agree/disagree/comment.

Edit: Explanation of ratings:
9+: must-watch
8+: recommended
7-8: Decent, possibly worth watching
6-7: Bad. Avoid.
Below 6: You almost have to try for it to be this bad.
yeah full metal is s'posed to be the best anime ever (various sources)
After a quick glance over your list, my main comments are as follows: (Brace yourself for some massive nitpicking! All this after just a quick glance too!)

I'd do the same, except that my list would be long. Very long. =3 You'd be better off visiting my anidb profile to see my ratings.

I haven't seen some of those in a while, so my ratings could be off from what I'd think after just seeing it, but probably not by more than 0.5. Thanks for the comments.

AniDB looks interesting, I'll have to try it.
Hi

i like FMA, Inuyasha, ranma 1/2 and wolf´s rain n____n :)
Many thanks for taking the time to respond to my nitpicking. I can better see where you're coming from with your ratings now! I guess we can agree to disagree where FMA is concerned. Toungue

AniDB I only use for keeping track of all the anime I watch and my ratings for each, I don't find much other use for it, seeing as there are better/more quickly updated sites for new releases.

Nice selection you've got there, Timethunder!
thanks! n____n
I forgot to say something about Shinesman... Shinesman is an awesome 2-episode parody of Power Rangers-type shows. It's quite funny, not quite enough for a 9 on my rating scale but still very good. 8.7/10.
