I wanna be sure to know exactly WHERE I could get the snowbeast....and when too....there are too many rumors going around about gettign the snowbeast......and I REALLY REALLY wanna fight him!!!
1. You can get the Snow Beast anywhere on Terror mountain. Most people refresh at the Advent Calender.
2. There's no specific time to get the Snowbeast, it's random.
3. Some people get him in summer, some in winter, etc. It's all random. If you want to try, you can go ahead and refresh during the winter.
However, the chances of getting the Snow Beast seems pretty low, so keep refreshing. I had a friend that get the random event while visiting the Advent Calender during December.
There have been rumours that say the snow beast can only be gotten at the advent calendar, so that is where I refreshed to get the snow beast. There is definitely no time of the day requirements like graphitesmoothie said. I got the snow beast in a non-winter month, but I don't remember which month. There may be a higher chance to get the snowbeast in the winter but regardless, just keep refreshing and you will get it eventually.
I got it on 16th of December 2004.
I got mine last year, when i went to the advent calendar in around september for fun and started holding the F5 key down. I wanted to refresh to get some nice random events (got a super ice negg there once) and after that when I went to fight, i saw the snowbeast.
1) I got him on the first page of the Advent Calendar (not where you collect the prize).
2) Got him during May (I believe on the 16th sometime during the evening NST)... to show that it works all year round.

Awwww man........I envy you guys.......its been like a YEAR fo rme now.......and I STILL cant get it........didn't TNT say they will look into the Snowbeast and getting it?? Ever since that editorial......we havent been hearing ANYTHING about the snowbeast.......except during halloween when they released Snowbeast costume......unless having that costum ein your inventory increases chacne of getting it......
i wish i could get snowbeast, they said it would be made easier but i aint seen no evidence
Well when they make it easier to get things, it can only be to a certain point.
Maybe statistically, twice as many people are getting him each day, but to someone refreshing there, it really doesn't make much of a difference.
Take pant devil for example.. they made him more common, but you, personally, won't see a difference.
Like other refreshing challengers, go maybe once a day and refresh a few times.
You won't get them if you never go, nor will you get them if you try to do it all at once.
I have been going each day.....for like a year now....and I still cannot get it.....
I just now got the Snowbeast, after minutes of refreshing
. Of course, that's after having spent 2 years trying to get him, with times that I spent hours refreshing every day for a week.
It seems that Donna has finally made good on her promise and made him easier to acquire, as both Forte and I just got him within days of each other, after spending 2 years trying to do so.
